Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using www.t7trade.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the Site and to the services we provide as an Authorised Person. They do not form part of any agreement you enter with Raise Securities Pvt Ltd when you open a brokerage, demat or any other account. Those relationships are governed entirely by the broker's own agreements, which you accept separately.
These terms should also be read with our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle personal data - both on this Site and in the conversations we have with you by email, telephone, messaging, social media and in our community channels.
2. Our role
T7 Securities Pvt Ltd (“T7”, “we”, “us”) is an exchange-approved Authorised Person of Raise Securities Private Limited, trading as Dhan. We are registered as an Authorised Person with NSE, BSE and MCX, which is what allows us to open accounts and onboard clients on the broker's behalf. Our role is to:
- Explain the broker's products, features and charges, and help you understand which account type fits your situation
- Guide you through account opening, including what documents are needed and where to upload them
- Assist with documentation for account-opening processes handled offline
- Provide assistance with the broker's platforms once you are a customer
- Handle support requests for accounts opened through us, and escalate to the broker where the matter is theirs
- Operate this website and the community channels we run
T7 Securities is not a SEBI-registered stock broker, depository participant, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager. We do not execute orders, hold securities, hold or handle your funds, provide trading advice, or recommend any security or instrument. Those services are provided solely by Dhan under its own terms.
That boundary describes the dividing line between our services and the broker's. It is not a way for us to disclaim responsibility for the things we do do. We are responsible for the guidance we give, the assistance we provide, the information we publish, the referral attribution we record, and the way we handle your personal data and your enquiries. We are also responsible for handling your complaints and for escalating the ones that are not ours to resolve.
3. Broker of record
Every account opened through this Site is opened with Dhan (Raise Securities Private Limited), a SEBI-registered stock broker and Depository Participant. They are the broker of record, they execute your orders, and they levy all charges. Your relationship for trading, custody, settlement, statements and grievances relating to your account is with them, not with T7 Securities.
Charges, margin policies, product availability and account terms are set by the broker and can change at any time. Where the Site and the broker's published materials differ, the broker's materials prevail.
4. Referral arrangement and how we are paid
Links on the Site carry an Authorised Person referral code (T7ED00). Opening an account through this code costs you nothing additional.
T7 Securities Pvt Ltd receives commission from Dhan for customers introduced through us. We do not charge customers a separate fee for our Authorised Person services. Dhan's applicable account and transaction charges remain payable under its own terms.
The same published tariff applies whether you came to us or opened the account yourself: the brokerage, platform fees and statutory charges you pay are the broker’s, and they are the same either way. Our commission comes out of the broker’s side of that arrangement and does not change what you pay. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, and you do not lose any right you would have had if you had opened the account without us.
5. Account opening and onboarding assistance
We may assist you with the paperwork, the document list and the process of opening an account. Completing your KYC, agreeing to the broker's terms, and submitting documents are your responsibility. Any inaccuracy or misrepresentation in the information you supply is yours alone, and may result in rejection of your application or action by the broker or regulator.
That is not a transfer of responsibility for anything we do. If information we prepare, enter or transmit on your behalf is wrong - including referral attribution, or anything we send to the broker or to you - the error is ours and we will correct it. You are not responsible for our mistakes, and you should not be asked to absorb them.
Upload your KYC documents directly through the broker's own onboarding portal. We will tell you where it is and what it needs. Dhan performs the verification and approves the account; we assist with the process but we do not verify or approve accounts ourselves.
Some applications are handled offline, through Dhan. Where that is the route you are on, you may send the relevant account-opening documents to us - commonly by copying us on the emails you send to Dhan - and we will handle them to assist with your application, answer documentation queries and coordinate with the broker. We apply access restrictions to them, handle them securely, and keep them only for as long as the application and our record-keeping obligations require. Being copied on an email does not authorise any other use of what it contains.
Please never send us your broker password, OTP, PIN or full credentials, whichever way you are opening your account. We will never ask for them, and we will never be able to log in to your trading account on your behalf. Anyone claiming to represent T7 and asking for such details should be reported to us immediately.
6. No investment advice or recommendation
Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a research report, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Content is provided for general information and fact only.
Any product, feature, strategy or instrument mentioned is described exemplarily and is not recommendatory. Its appearance here is not an endorsement, a suitability assessment, or a statement that it is appropriate for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
7. Investment and market risk
Investments in securities, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds and other market-linked instruments are subject to market risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Prices can move sharply and without notice, including outside trading hours.
Leverage and margin-based products, including MTF and derivatives, can produce obligations and losses greater than the amount you commit. Read all scheme and product documents carefully before investing, and never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
Investment in the securities market are subject to market risks, read all the related documents carefully before investing. Brokerage will not exceed the SEBI prescribed limit. The securities quoted are exemplary and are not recommendatory.
8. Personal data and the law
How we handle personal data is a separate question, set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: if you give us personal data voluntarily so we can do something you have asked for - answer a question, open an account, help you on a community channel - we may process it for that purpose, and we will not ask you for a separate consent form before we respond. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
We handle personal data as a data fiduciary for the processing we carry out ourselves. We keep the records needed to show we handle enquiries properly, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. Protection of personal data applies even where an agreement says otherwise, so no term on this page can be read as a waiver of that.
The law that applies to us today is not the same as the law that is coming. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 13 November 2025 with a phased commencement. Their substantive obligations are not yet in force and come into force on 13 May 2027. Until then the personal data protection law that applies to us in India is the Information Technology Act, 2000, including section 43A and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Section 10 of the Privacy Policy sets this out in full. We are not waiting for that to happen: we publish the policy now and we apply these standards now.
Giving us your details, or contacting us, is not blanket consent to every processing purpose described in the Privacy Policy. That we answer an ordinary enquiry without asking you for a separate consent form covers only the handling needed to do what you asked. It is not a general permission for unrelated marketing, and it is not permission to collect sensitive information about you. Anything beyond that needs its own basis.
This section is about how we handle the information you give us, including the information you give us for account-related work, and it does not limit the rights you have against the broker under the Act or otherwise.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to distribute malware, spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
- Scrape, scrape-harvest, overload, or interfere with the Site’s operation
- Reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any content, including the broker's product names, marks or documentation, without permission
- Impersonate T7 Securities, the broker, or any other person or entity
- Post content that is defamatory, abusive, misleading, or that infringes anyone else’s rights
- Post personal information belonging to you or anyone else where other members can see it
We may restrict or block access, and remove content, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required by law.
10. Availability and third-party services
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Links to the broker, exchanges, app stores, community platforms and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
11. Community channels and user content
We operate our own community channels, and we link toDhan's community. Each has its own rules and its own moderation.
What we do. We administer the channels we operate. We set the rules for them, and where we reasonably believe those rules have been broken, we may remove content, mute or remove a member, or restrict access. We may also act where a post is unlawful, or where we are asked to remove it.
What we do not do. We do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for what members post. Content posted by other members is not ours, and it is not ours to endorse - views expressed by other users, including on market outlook, strategies or instruments, are their own and must not be relied upon. We do not review member posts for accuracy before they appear, and we do not moderate their accuracy.
Reporting. If you want something removed, or want to report a member or a post, email us at support@t7trade.com or call +91 94465 88497, and we will look at it. We cannot action a report about a channel the broker runs - those go to the broker, and we will point you to them.
12. Intellectual property
The T7 Securities name, wordmark, site design, copy and layout are the property of T7 Securities Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names, logos, screenshots and trade marks belonging to Dhan and others are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
13. Our own conduct
We are bound by the same standards we ask of you. We do not misrepresent the broker's products, charges or features. We do not promise returns, or that any strategy will work. We do not ask for your credentials. And we do not publish anything on the Site that we would not be prepared to be held to.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T7 Securities Pvt Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, income, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your dealings with the broker.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and including our responsibility for our own acts and omissions - our guidance, our assistance, the information we publish, the referral attribution we record, and the way we handle your personal data and your enquiries. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law, or the rights you have against the broker.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T7 Securities Pvt Ltd, its directors and partners against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, your breach of applicable law, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
This does not extend to any claim to the extent it arises from our own act or omission. You are not responsible for indemnifying us against our own wrongdoing.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations, the broker’s products, or the law. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. If you use the Site after a change is published, that is your acceptance of the revised terms.
Accepting these terms is not consent to any new processing of your personal data. That is governed by the Privacy Policy, and it can only change in the way the Privacy Policy provides. If a change would affect how we use your information, we will tell you before it takes effect.
17. Complaints and escalation
Complaints about our conduct are ours to handle. If you are unhappy with how we have behaved - the guidance we gave, the assistance we provided, the way we handled your enquiry or your information - contact us at support@t7trade.com or call +91 94465 88497. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours, tell you who is handling it, and will resolve it within one month of receipt. We will keep you informed of the outcome. A Grievance Officer is designated for this purpose: Syam Mohan V S, Grievance Officer. The one month is a commitment on us and not a target we are aiming at.
Complaints about your brokerage account are the broker’s to handle. Trading, settlement, statements, custody, charges and anything else about the account itself go to Raise Securities Pvt Ltd: help@dhan.co, 9987761000, or their grievance redressal process.
We will still help you get it resolved. If a broker matter is not moving, tell us and we will help you escalate it to the right person inside Dhan. We do not take over their decision, but we will not leave you stuck between two organisations either.
18. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, any dispute arising in connection with the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam, India.
Nothing in this clause takes away a route the law gives you. You remain free to raise a grievance with the broker through their redressal process, to approach a consumer forum, to use the SEBI investor grievance route, to complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the provisions of that regime are in force, or to approach any other regulator, tribunal or court that the law gives you jurisdiction over. We ask you to give us an opportunity to resolve a complaint about us first, and that is a request, not a condition on your rights.
Grievances. For any grievance relating to this Site or to our conduct, contact Syam Mohan V S, our Grievance Officer, at support@t7trade.com or +91 94465 88497. We acknowledge receipt of a grievance within forty-eight (48) hours and will resolve it within one month of receipt. The one month is a commitment on us and not a target we are aiming at. If the grievance is about how we have handled your personal data, raise it with us first: where the Data Protection Board route is available, the law asks you to give us that opportunity before approaching it. A personal data request - access, correction or erasure - is made to us in the same way, and the details are in the Privacy Policy.
